Classification and Application of Labeling Machines

The classification labels of the labeler have many materials and shapes, as well as many types and varieties of objects to be labeled. The labeling requirements are also different. For example, some only need to stick one body logo; Some require double labels; Some require three labels (body label, shoulder label, neck label); Some require only sealing labels; In addition, the requirements for slaughter production are different. In order to meet the labeling requirements under different conditions, there are many kinds of labeling machines. Different types of labeling machines have differences in labeling technology and relevant device structures, and of course there are commonalities.
(1) Label materials used by the labeling machine: self-adhesive labels, self-adhesive films, electronic supervision films, bar codes, paper labels, etc. This kind of labeling machine is called: self-adhesive labeling machine, paste labeling machine.
(2) Labeling machines can be divided into self-adhesive labeling machines and paste labeling machines according to the types of labels.
(3) According to the degree of automation, it can be divided into semi-automatic labeling machine, full-automatic labeling machine and manual labeling machine.  
(4) According to the running direction of the container, it can be divided into vertical labeling machine and horizontal labeling machine;
(5) According to the labeling process characteristics, it can be divided into press type labeling machine, rolling type labeling machine, rolling type labeling machine, brushing type labeling machine;
(6) According to the shape of packaging bottles, it can be divided into square bottle labeling machine, round bottle labeling machine, flat bottle labeling machine and small special-shaped bottle labeling machine, square labeling machine, curved surface labeling machine and card labeling machine.
(7) According to the length of the label, it can be divided into single side labeling machine, double side labeling machine, three side labeling machine and multi side labeling machine. In addition, the materials of packaging containers (tin cans, glass cans, paper boxes and cans), labeling mechanisms and types of adhesives can also be classified.
Application of Labeling Machine Labeling machine is widely used in labeling of product packaging containers and boxes in all walks of life.
(1) Beverage industry. The application of the beverage industry requires high speed and accurate positioning, and often one bottle has multiple labels. In addition, the appearance and materials of the label often change, so the skill of position control is highly required when labeling.
(2) Daily chemical industry. The application of the daily chemical industry requires that the shape of the container changes with each passing day. The soft plastic container and "label free visual sense" also increase the difficulty of labeling accuracy and bubble elimination control.
(3) Food industry. With the fierce competition in the food manufacturing industry, multi-layer labels provide more space for manufacturers to publicize and promote, and also pose new challenges for the design of labeling machines.
(4) Business card printing industry. The business card printing industry needs to verify and cover the password while printing the password at a high speed in the business card printing process. However, the traditional silk screen printing or hot stamping method is often the bottleneck of production. At present, designers have made a bold attempt to replace screen printing with labeling to design a business card printing production line that integrates coding, detection and labeling, which integrates more creativity, adds more production links and combination flexibility, and more effectively meets the changing production needs of users.
(5) Medical industry. The medical product manufacturing industry is increasingly using self-adhesive labels. In addition to being used as labels, labels also provide other functional purposes. The design of labeling machines also varies according to the particularity of labels.
(6) Pharmaceutical industry. Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a big user of automatic labeling, which requires high speed. The design of labeling machine should take into account the integration of the processes before and after labeling and provide additional functions such as light inspection before labeling and automatic bottle holder after labeling.
(7) Petrochemical industry. The petrochemical industry often needs to attach product labels on large barrels, bottles and other containers. The speed and precision required are relatively loose. However, due to the large labels, the power requirements for the labeling machine are high. However, when affixing large area labels on the curved surface, or when affixing online labels with uneven speed, the designers also pay attention to keeping the labels flat.
(8) Battery industry. The battery manufacturing industry has widely used the automatic labeling machine as a roll shrink label. The labeling function is required to ensure the smooth interface of the label while operating at high speed, and to prevent short circuit and provide the function of label contraction at the same time.
